Welcome to YOUR Space- afternoon roundtable discussions created by YOU for YOU and YOUR colleagues who face YOUR similar challenges. No PowerPoint or speakers, just ideas from participants just like you. Registered attendees will email in their biggest challenges before the event. The conference organizers will then compile a list of the top 10 most popular issues, and develop roundtables specifically dedicated to these challenges. Attendees pick your top three challenges and engage in ebate/discussion/problem solving at each issue-specific roundtable. At the end of each table discussion, attendees create posters based on their challenges and potential solutions. Each table's posters will be posted during lunch on Tuesday. But this is just the beginning of the conversation- poster summaries will be compiled and emailed to participants after the event to continue the debate.
