Where STRARTEGY Meets ACTION
You spoke. We listened. And then we Re-Invited.
We’re Making YOUR Ideal Event Experience OUR Responsibility. All of What you Asked for... Brought to life.

Do you need a protected community group where you can discuss challenges, ideas, and solutions? In response to market needs, we’ve created an exclusive, highly protected year round community of decision makers involved in clinical operations without the CROs or vendor community involvement. Please click here to be considered for inclusion.
Functional Area Think Tanks
Based off your feedback, we’ve created “think outside the walls” organized peer to peer meeting opportunities. Designated times and topic areas will be assigned at the event to break you into smaller groups based on topics of interest for you and your function-specific colleagues. Work with you peers to create solutions to your toughest challenges.
Speaker One-on-One Meetings
Always find yourself trying to get more time with a speaker after his/her presentation? Now you can schedule it beforehand. We’ll help you schedule a 1-on-1 meeting with speakers you want to hear more from. Once on-site, the participating speakers will be announced and sign up sheets will be available.
Roy Vagelos Book Signing & Meeting & Greet
You’ll be re-energized by the story of how Roy Vagelos managed to inject his idealism into Merck’s corporate setting. This is your chance to pick up a copy of one of his books “Medicine, Science and Merck" or "The Moral Corporation, Merck Experiences” and meet the author himself.
Kick off Cocktail Reception
What can you get from a conference that you can’t download or google? The opportunity to meet new industry contacts or reinvigorate existing relationships. Join 300 of your colleagues and peers at the Opening night cocktail reception on Tuesday night. Everyone is there for one reason: In-person discussion and networking.
“Candid Conversations” Sessions
Some of the best learning comes from authentic conversation. Don’t save these candid conversations for outside the track sessions. Bring it back inside. The program is designed so that there is always a “candid conversation” panel during each time slot to allow for unique interactions that can’t be replicated.
Giving Back to the Patients: Team-Building Activity
At CTC you’ll hear from the CEO of the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, home to one of the largest pediatric clinical research facilities. Now’s your chance to give back. Join with your colleagues as you work together in teams to build special “gifts” (to be announced leading up the event) that will be donated to these children after the event.
